Cancellation Policy of Registration

• Written notification of cancellation should be sent to info@congressworld.gr
• For written cancellations sent until January 1st, 2026, the amount of deposit will be refunded, minus a 30,00 (€) EUR cancellation fee.
• For written cancellations sent from January 2nd, 2026 until March 14th, 2026, half of the amount of deposit will be refunded.
• Refunds will not be possible for cancellations that will be made after March 15th, 2026.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Participants will be able to download their Certificates after the end of the HGM 2026 Meeting. Specific guidelines will be sent to all registered participants.
